Self Awareness Habit Tracker
I have been using a habit tracker everyday for years, but I couldn't find one that I loved and that had everything I needed, so I created my own! The focus of this self awareness habit tracker is self-care and being aware of how your actions during the day effect your emotions! The tracker is broken down to monthly, weekly, and daily goals. I have added suggestions based on science of what to focus on, and have given plenty of room to add your own as well. Enjoy!!
Most of you know I’ll be working in fitness studios a lot more this year! I’m helping open a new fitness studio in my town and will manage it and instruct classes once we are open! 😀💪🏽 so with that comes a lot of sweat and let’s be real.. not as many showers or not showering right away at least since I’ll be teaching & working 😉
